Q. What is the time frame for a catalog request online or through a customer service representative?
A. You will receive the catalog within 1 Month regardless of where you request it.
Q. Do you accept checks as mode of payment?
A. Yes, we do accept checks as mode of payment. Please make checks payable to: Cottonique Inc.
Q. How does the product fit?
A. Due to the absence of chemicals to enhance the resilience of our the cotton, our products do not stretch as much as standard cotton clothing, for this reason we recommend you order a size larger.
Q. What should I use to wash my Cottonique products?
A. In washing your product, we recommend that you use dermatologist recommended organic based detergents or fabric softeners. Machine-wash at not more than 40C. Try to avoid the use of chemical-based softeners or chlorine bleach. We advise you to ask your dermatologist what he or she may recommend.
Q. Do Cottonique products shrink?
A. Our products are made to allow up to 5% shrinkage.
Q. Why does it look like that I’m wearing my garment inside out? The Stitches are on the outside.
A. At Cottonique we believe in designing our products for our customers comfort, that is why we developed ‘Sedo-Stitch’ seam technology. ‘Sedo-Stitch’ is a revolutionary process which integrates all the rough stitches of the garment on the outside allowing the smoother side of the seam to come in contact with your skin and prevent any irritation.
Q. Do you use any dye, latex or spandex in your product?
A. Cottonique Products are 100% Cotton. All products are completely dye free, chemical free, latex free and spandex free.
Q. When will I receive my order if I order today?
A. If you order today, and the product / size is in stock, you should receive your order within 4-6 business days.
Q. How do I return or exchange a product?
A. Based on our Return & Exchange Policy located in the bottom right hand corner of our website, “We would be happy to replace, exchange or make refunds to you in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order within 14 days from dispatch. However, such items must be unworn, unwashed, unruffled in its original packaging and fit for resale and sent back to us at your cost, please note that this implies that you would be responsible for the cost of returning any merchandise to us.” You will also need to fill out the return / exchange form on the said page to return or exchange items.
Q. Do you have retail outlets where I can purchase your products?
A. As of the moment the Internet is our only distribution channel. We plan on making Cottonique available in stores by the mid- 2009.

Q. We will have latex-free socks or spandex-free socks available for purchase in May 2009.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
A. You will receive it within 2-3 business days once the returned merchandise is received and confirmed it is in “Good” condition (see return and exchange policy). It will usually reflect on your statement at the end of your billing cycle.
Q. If your products are latex and spandex free, what holds it?
A. What holds our undergarments (briefs & panties) is a safely tested elasticized material, this is only used in our “classic cotton” collection. If you are considered elastic-free products, we have a completely cotton drawstring range in our “nothing but cotton” collection.
Q. When your stocks / sizes are “Sold Out”, when will you have new stocks / sizes available?
A. Once we are “Sold Out”, we usually receive new shipments within 1-2 weeks. Please keep check back on our website.
Q. How can I cancel an order?
A. We can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been processed and/or shipped out yet. Otherwise we are unable to make any cancellations if it has been processed and/or shipped already. You can just send us an email or call our customer service hot-line to follow-up or inquire about any cancellations.
Q. How and where can I order for adult bras? All I see are “teens”.
A. “TEENS” is only a tag we use for our slim fit collection to ensure our sizing is not misleading. All you need to do is check for your size and if it is available, then continue the process of the order.
Q. How will I know if my order went through?
A. You will receive an order number confirming your order was successfully shipped once the product is on its way, you will receive another confirmation with the tracking number. Once the product has been delivered, upon delivery you will receive a final email confirming delivery of the order.
Q. What should I do if I still have not received my order after the 4-6 business days since I placed the order?
A. If this happens, it means that your order has been placed on hold because either the item or one of the items included in your purchase is not yet available. We need to wait for your item to be in stock before your order can be shipped out.
Q. When will you have products for children/ infants/ toddlers?
A. These products are currently available for purchase on our website.
Q. If I exchanged an item for another item, when can I expect to receive the new item?
A. You will receive the product within 3-5 business days once we receive the product returned.
Q. What are the tiny dark specks in the product that I ordered?
A. Those are actually cotton seeds inherent to natural cotton material. These are visible simply because we do not use any bleach or textile chemicals on our fabric. This is also to assure you that you are covered with the all-natural goodness of cotton.
Q. How are your products shipped?
A. Within the US, Cottonique ships through USPS
A. To Canada, via Canada Post.
Q. How do you pack your products for shipping?
A. Some Cottonique products are wrapped in special paper and sealed in plastic to protect the product from contamination. The product in plastic is then placed in a box which is again sealed for your protection. The box is then placed into a shipping box or envelope.
Q. What if there are defects like holes in the product i receive?
A. There may be lapses in quality control division. If you receive a defective product, just send us pictures for documentation and fill out the Return / Exchange form in our website and we will send replacements free of charge.
Q. Do you have clothes that are allergy-free or hypo-allergenic?
A. You could use Cottonique products as inner lining to protect your skin from coming in to contact with harmful chemicals that may be in your clothes. We also have men’s collared shirts with hypo-allergenic wooden buttons. Some of our lounge wear styles may also be worn out of the house.
Q. How are Cottonique fabrics processed?
A. Our products are put through a hydro-cleansing process, cleansed with only water and heat.
Q. Are there any Oils or Turpentine in the finishing process?
A. There are no oils or turpentine in the finishing process. Cottonique is Oil-free and turpentine-free.
Q. How do I place an order for items that are out of stock?
A. You may send us an email at customerservice@cottonique.com and request to have priority on specific styles. We will also inform you of available stock if you sign-up for newsletters on the bottom right hand corner of the website.
Q. How much would Shipping cost to Canada?
A. Shipments to Canada usually cost US$10.00
Q. What is your elastic made of?
A. The elastic is made of a latex-free and spandex-free material. If you unsure about the elastic we use, you may opt to use our elastic-free products in our “Nothing But Cotton” collection.
