I bought this to wear under my conventional sports bras to try to reduce my exposure to PFAs. Very comfortable.

Like 20-27% of people I have Allergic Contact Dermatitis to a number of chemicals, including particularly (like 2% of the population) to colophony/rosin, which includes spandex/lycra/elastane/polyurethane/PU/TPU (including sometimes foam padding in most regular bras, particularly when it starts to degrade). This means that I cannot tolerate wearing any bras containing the same with direct contact of any of those materials with my skin. A full 2% of the population have a colophony/allergy and are likely to find the same - bras make us severely itchy and give us rashes!

This bra liner is a game changer - both for inexpensively initially "A-B testing" to see whether in fact bras were an issue for me (they are!) and for avoiding exposure to the elastane in my existing bras ongoing - at least until I can find and replace them with other brands which fit the bill. There are some, but they're really really hard to find (in Aug 2023).

If bras make you itchy, give you rashes, or you have a known Elastoplast/colophony/rosin/spandex/elastane/lycra/polyurethane/PU/TPU allergy, buy a few of these - they will change your life :)

I only wish you made a smaller size also. I'm a UK womens dress size 10 / bra size 30C, and the size 5 is huge on me so the fabric ends up billowing, slightly folded, and can slip out of place until I get it situated just right under my bras. Unfortunately for me it doesn't shrink at all when washed either.

I could not imagine not being able to wear a bra. I am allergic to Spandex and was feeling hopeless until I found this site. The bra liners do address the problem, BUT, there are a few caveats. After a few wearings, the fabric stretches but washing and drying pulls them back into shape. Only to have them stretch out again. Also, after a few months, the button holes on the shoulder strap tabs will stretch out of shape, let go of the button, and you end up with wayward bra straps. The tabs are also a little bulky, making it a nuisance to carry a shoulder bag, and are obvious under your tops. I will still use them as there is nothing better. At least I don't have to toss my other bras. If the shoulder strap issues could be addressed they would be great.

This is just what I needed to avoid a rash from my allergy to spandex! Very helpful!
