Return & Exchange Policy

At Cottonique, we strive to provide our loyal customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with returns, exchanges, and store credits. 

Please review our return policy below for a clear understanding of our procedures:


We gladly accept returns for any allergy-free organic cotton products that have not met your comfort expectations once within 30 days of the delivery date. Regarding the eligibility of items for return, kindly take note of the following:
  • Items in unopened (sealed) packaging are considered fit for resale and can be returned for either an exchange or a refund.
  • Items that have been opened (unsealed) and returned to us cannot be restocked for reasons of hygiene. Consequently, they may only be returned for a store credit for future purchases or an exchange.
  • Items that will be returned to us will be at your expense. This implies that you would be responsible for the cost of returning any merchandise to us.


Customers are eligible to request an exchange once within 30 days of the delivery date. However, for such a request to be processed, note that: 
  • The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be provided in-store credit.

  • The product being exchanged must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and unopened (sealed) packaging.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a store credit


Refunds will only be issued in cases where an exchange or store credit is not feasible due to product availability or customer preference. Cottonique processes refunds for the following main reasons:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will then be credited to the payment card or payment account used for the purchase within 40 days after the order was placed.

Cottonique cannot be held liable for any goods or damaged in transit. Please take all necessary precautions and obtain proof of posting when returning our hypoallergenic items by mail. 


This store credit is transferrable, allowing you to share it with friends or family. However, please be informed of the following: 

  • Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credits cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions.
  • Any items purchased thru Store Credit (Issued by Loop returns) are not eligible for returns/refund/store credit.
  • Store credits will be provided through a unique code that can be used on our website.
  • Store credits will not expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.


As stated, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. In cases where the return is caused by a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), Cottonique will cover the expenses associated with returning the merchandise.
