They fit loose, but are very comfortable. Have to redo drawstring periodically but worth it for clothing that keeps me from rashes and itching

These are thicker than the lounge pants which i had hoped for.
The tie is not as thick either, which is way better.
I find they stretch out as much as the lounge pants however.
I’m 5’11” and they are long enough. I stretch them out after washing and hang them to dry.
