Great Quality and Service, but Inconsistent Fit Between Colors

I recently ordered the same sock model in a few different colors, and while I really like the overall quality, I noticed an inconsistency between them. The beige pair fits perfectly and feels great, but the brown pair is noticeably different, they’re shorter at the top and wider in the toe area, which makes them a bit too loose for me.

I reached out to the brand, and their customer service was excellent, they kindly sent me a replacement pair at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the second brown pair had the same fit as the first. I also hoped they might shrink slightly after washing, but that wasn’t the case.

Overall, I’m happy with the beige socks and appreciate the brand’s helpful support, but the inconsistency in sizing/fit between colors was disappointing. I wish I had only ordered the beige ones, as the brown ones are too loose to wear.

As to the products, I am satisfied, because I love cotton.
What I don’t like at all, is the company.
Delivery takes about a month.
When they send you a coupon, every item I wanted was out of stock.
When I tried to use a coupon, it was not accepted.
When I trie to send a email, conveniently it couldn’t be sent.
After a purchase, there was an offer to order more same items with 10% dis ount and free shipping. When filled, was not anle to submit it.
About 3 days after a purchase, they sent another coupon. I couldn’t use, as I wanted first to see how are the sizes of things ordered. They run big!!!

Label…?!?!?!

I’m allergic to 1,3 Diphenylguanidine, I’m trying to stay away from anything that going to irritate my skin. Upon wearing your underwear, the hard tag instantly started rubbing against my skin and left a visible red spot. I’ve simply turned the underwear inside out, but I question why a label is necessary in the first place, especially on the inside touching the skin. I find this to be the exact same story with the sock booties, the long thermal underwear and the underwear. I can’t tell if the label itself is made of the same chemical or if it’s just so abrasive that it damaged my skin. Either way, after spending several hundred dollars, I can’t help but to say that I’m a little disappointed.

To reassure you:
1,3-Diphenylguanidine is commonly associated with rubber accelerators used in elastic and certain synthetic components. Our socks and underwear are produced without latex or spandex, and our manufacturing facility is controlled to prevent synthetic contamination — something we take pride in as part of our vertically integrated process .

That said, irritation from friction alone can absolutely happen even without chemical triggers, and we don’t want to dismiss that possibility.

Arrived heavily scented

Honestly, I have not been able to wear any of the items I purchased because they came heavily scented. I was not expecting that being that this is supposed to be allergy friendly clothing. But everything I received smelled strongly of fragrance that reminded me of the type used for laundry. Unfortunately fragrance does not wash easily out of clothing and I had to wash everything 7 times in a row just to get the majority of the scent out so that I could stand to be around them. Fragrance causes me to have breathing difficulties, asthma attacks, and headaches along with other symptoms. I do think the socks I ordered may have shrunk a bit because of having to wash them so much initially. I regret trying to make it work and should have just returned everything as soon as I opened the box and smelled it. I do appreciate the other aspects of this clothing being organic, but perfumes can be pretty toxic so I was not expecting that. A warning to anyone else with asthma or MCS.

All of my socks are cottonique. I normally wear the regular crew length sock, but branched out and also bought the quarter and the ankle lengths. All of them work for me, but the sizing across shapes is less consistent. The quarter are at least a size bigger (maybe two inches) than the crew in length from heel to toe.
