7 items from my large orders appear to be factory rejects, and I cannot get through your phone line

PLEASE HELP!

I believe they are all marked 1-7783, Size Medium, of which, 4 are "Black" and 3 are "Smoke Blue". All are made of a VERY thick and heavy material, and they all have their stitching reversed in strange ways (e.g., the outer stitching of the collar is on the inside, but if you flip it inside out, then the shoulders' stitching are likewise reversed). They are not anything like what I ordered or have ever received in all the years I have bought Cottonique garments. I assume they were factory rejects that were inadvertently packaged and sent to me, perhaps because I made very large orders that were split into multiple shipping packages over time to finally fulfil my total order.
